      No, not a television tower, not at all, sorry. Where the fictional site is located within the movie’s story may give you a hint towards where to look for the real-life building :)

    haha..niiiice one..! I knew, I’ve seen it before.

    The real building is located in Yalta (Crimea) (btw there was held one of three conferences between the USA, UdSSR and UK called…tataaa…The ARGONAUT CONFERENCE (see Wikipedia).

    The Building called “Druschba” (amity) was a spa resort for the socialist accomplices
